Martial Arts Field Trip!

Twenty-four Capitol students were chosen by Mrs. Runkles, Mrs. Sanders & teachers to attend a special PE field trip to Premier Martial Arts Studio in Lubbock. Students were selected based on having good behavior, good work ethic, and good attendance. They had an hour lesson with Mr. James Yaeger and learned about how discipline and perseverance help you become a more successful person in all aspects of life. They were treated to lunch too. Thank you, Mrs. Sanders, for teaching how physical education affects your life! You're in the right place!
