Play It Safe!

Capitol Counselor Barbara Utley invited John Wuerflein from Children's Advocacy Center to visit with all Capitol students about Play It Safe. Mr. Wuerflein reviewed safety rules at home, at school, and in public. He explained to students that they need to use their heartbell and if someone makes you feel uncomfortable in any way, you should get away and tell someone.
