Jump Rope Challenge!

Capitol students have been learning and practicing their jump roping skills in PE with PE teacher Mrs. Kristy Sanders. She is always challenging students to better themselves physically, and this skill focuses on developing gross motor skills while boosting heart health. Mrs. Sanders challenged students to compete in a jump rope challenge to see how many consecutive jumps they could complete. The winner from each class then got to challenge Assistant Principal Mr. James Daniel to a jump rope challenge. Mr. Daniel challenged nine students, and six of those students beat him because of the skills they learned in PE! Thank you, Mrs. Sanders, for always keeping your students fit!
