Stack 'Em Up!

Capitol students in Mrs. Kristy Sanders' PE class are always moving! Mrs. Sanders #expectsexcellence and shares her students using the giant Speed Stack Cups purchased with the LIFE Grant she received earlier this year. Students have learned the skill of stacking normal-sized Speed Stack Cups and then they had to rethink and got to do relay races with the giant cups. These cups are good for improving hand-eye coordination, bilateral coordination, visual processing, information processing, attention, and focus. They also help improve math and reading skills!
