National Anti-Bullying Month

October is National Bullying Prevention Month and Capitol Counselor Barbara Utley is hosting a month-long Anti-Bully Event to help students understand that they're "Better Together," and how they can prevent bullying among peers. Mrs. Utley started the unit by reading Spookley the Square Pumpkin by Joe Troiana. Students will build a Unity Tree of positive messages that will continue to grow. They will enjoy World Kindness Day and everyone will wear orange on Unity Day! Thank you, Mrs. Utley, for making a difference in our students' lives! You're in the right place!
