Capitol Elementary

All year long in PE Capitol students learn about the importance of teamwork, respect, cooperation, and sportsmanship. They even say "good job" to the winners, and the winners say, "You did well too, never quit trying." Mrs. Sanders awarded Capitol's first annual Spirit Stick winners (one class per grade level) earlier today. She stated, "Field Day was the final event to see which classes had demonstrated all those skills that we worked on all year." Congratulations to Mrs. Favor, Ms. Rendon, and Mrs. Potter's classes on winning the spirit sticks! We love hearing that kids care about and support each other!
